"A pesar de un primer encontronazo con el que respondía al teléfono, pues no quieren entender que según Normativa del TS, no es legal el almacenaje de fotografías del DNI, y encima querer tener la razón, la habitación es espectacular, superlimpia, acogedora, tiene de todo y todo cuidado al detalle, la cama, es muy comoda, sin duda es de las mejores estancias que he estado. "We upgraded to a balcony room when we arrived, which I highly recommend - the views are STUNNING and it was really amazing to sit out and enjoy the view with a glass of wine. The tasting room is down the hill from the hotel, and easy to walk down for a glass. Room was spacious and comfortable. The only challenge we had was with eating - unfortunately due to the combination of it being during the week and low season, neither the tasting room kitchen nor the hotel restaurant kitchen were open from about 3-8pm, so no food was available. It would have been nice to be able to have a small snack or pintxo available during that time. But overall, pleasant staff, easy location in the area, absolutely beautiful setting. Would recommend."

"Where to begin? Given the generally strong reputation of the Eurostars brand, this hotel was a disappointment. The property felt consistently understaffed, check-in took far too long, with an extended wait just to reach the front desk. Parking was unavailable, which is understandable since we hadn’t reserved it in advance. However, several other basic service issues stood out. The room lacked simple essentials like a pen, and when I requested one at the front desk, I was told I’d need to return it afterward, which felt unnecessarily rigid. Later, I went to what appeared to be a bar, clearly stocked with liquor bottles, only to find it unstaffed. After returning to the front desk to ask for a glass of wine, I was told it “wasn’t a bar” but rather the breakfast area, despite the visible bottles of alcohol. After some hesitation, the front desk agent eventually came over and produced a bottle of wine. Overall, the experience fell short. While the room itself was acceptable, it was noticeably dated, and the lack of staffing and basic hospitality made the stay frustrating rather than enjoyable."

"La chambre était propre. Parcontre le personnel à notre arrivé n'était pas très coopératif. Nous n'avions pas mangé de la journée et le restaurant fermait à notre arrivée (16h00) et autres les restaurants sont à 30 minutes de marche et impossible d'avoir un taxi.. aucune aide à l'accueil. Le lendemain matin, nous avons déjeuné sur place et la personne présente qui s'occupait du déjeuner et de l'accueil était simplement merveilleuse, très gentille et serviable. Elle nous a appelé un taxi et celui-ci est arrivé 5 minutes après. "
