Sandbar is ideal for exploring the Roseland Peninsula and wider Cornwall too, gems such as Charlestown and Fowey are near enough to visit and you can get to the North Coast easily to. Thanks for your review Morocco House is certainly in a fantastic location as you say for Dartmouth, lovely walks and lots to do in the area. The car park is only a few minutes walk so I am sorry the weather was quite wet, we do try our best to order good weather for our guests! The views are stunning at all times of the year and there is always something to watch on the river or it is just lovely to enjoy the peace and quiet. We do supply tea towels so must have been missed and had we known we could have remedied this quickly; I will purchase some more for spares.

Thank you Maggie, we love the top room too, the view is always changing with river traffic, different light and weathers but always a pleasure to look at.
