This is a no frills hotel. I am not sure if it was a language issue or a cultural issue, but none of my requests were met. I asked for a wake up call. It never came. The room was clean with nice view of the city and access to pool and gym. The service was also very courteous and prompt. Front desk staff was friendly. The breakfast buffet had lots of options. I would stay here again.
