"A fantastic family holiday. The staff and management were outstanding — always professional, kind, and attentive, which really made the experience special. Food was a highlight: the open buffet was impressive despite the crowds, and the à la carte restaurants added variety and quality. The sea is nice (though we’ve seen even better in the Aegean), but the service more than makes up for it. This is very much a family place rather than for couples seeking a romantic escape. For us, it was perfect, and we would happily return."

"Absolutely loved this hotel and couldn’t fault the staff who pulled out all the stops to ensure my disabled mother and family had a great stay. The food & wine on offer were exemplary and there is a really nice choice of restaurants to visit. The pools are right next to the beach so you can do what you feel like doing. Again the service in the pool & beach areas was excellent. If I had any criticism it would be that the owners need to spend a bit of money to update some areas which were a bit tired in places but overall a really great stay with the service & efficiency from the staff the real highlight. "Really nice hotel with beautiful beach front. The staff were super friendly. The restaurants require super advance booking. I would book them way before check in. Like more than 7 days. They need to do better with the restaurant bookings. However they do have a good buffet. "
