We had a 2 bedroom apartment on the 14th floor which had fantastic views towards Epic and SeaWorld. The apartment was fully fitted with everything you need. Washing machine and dryer, full cooking facilities including a dishwasher. The furniture was all modern and had TVs in every room. In the communal areas the gym was great, the pool area was well maintained and relaxed (no lifeguard). "It is a great location, not too far from the pier. The room was really cute. However when we got there, the room was dirty. It had not been swept or mopped, and there was chips underneath the desk. Couldn’t find but one garbage can in the room so we called and requested another one and later I found the second garbage can out on the balcony with the dirty diaper in it. Later I called down and requested hand towels and washcloths because we did not have any in our room. Never did receive them."
