Although we will tell them to avoid any room that is close to the outside entrance doors. THEY SLAM SO LOUD and woke us up several times each night.”

“The property is located central, what is really good. And they did some upgrades in the last years.
Unfortunately it was done not properly and not with any attention to details.
Our room on the lower level had a bathroom with a door that didn't close.
Means no privacy on your business.
The tub didn't drain propper and the ceiling was a mess. A big chunk was hanging down with almost some mold spores around it. Presenting photos to the staff didn't make a difference.
Just a simple, "oh so……
