DBR True Oceanfront 3'rd Floor King Suite, private balcony, spectacular views!

Update on Resort Amenities as of 4/1/2024: outdoor pools, indoor pool, hot tubs, sauna and gym are closed. Beach access is still available via the public access area adjacent to the resort (see photos of the beach access facility). The parking garage is also currently closed for maintenance, but parking is available in the parking lot located adjacent to the resort. We apologize for the inconveniences presented by the unavailability of the amenities mentioned above and have reduced our nightly rates to reflect these temporary issues.

“A Room With a View”. This 3'rd floor oceanfront suite is located at the Daytona Beach Resort. The private balcony offers gorgeous views of the Atlantic Ocean. Enjoy a warm cup of coffee along with the beautiful sunrise. The Condo features a King bed, sleeper sofa, power recliner, and 50” smart HDTV. A full-sized dresser and two nightstands offer plenty of storage space for your belongings. Three elevators, guest coin-operated laundry and ice machine are also only a few steps from your door.

The kitchen is equipped with a full-size refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, solid surface stove top, coffee maker (traditional 12 cup pot/single serve K-Cup combination) a toaster, and a large sink. We supply a variety of pots, pans, utensils, dishes, cups, silverware, etc. for your cooking and dining needs.

The bathroom features a spacious countertop, large mirror and a tub/shower combination. Fresh bed linens and towels are provided for all guests.

Several restaurants and shopping are within walking distance of the resort.

Great location and host!
We were in Daytona for a track meet at Embry-Riddle and decided to stay at the beach. This location was great, and the unit was perfect for 2. The property itself is going through repairs, but we were well informed of this before staying. The same is true of many properties at Daytona Beach right now. Our host was very informative and friendly and we had a great stay. Really enjoyed the balcony overlooking the ocean. Would certainly think of booking again if we are in the area.

Paradise Perfection
This rental was absolutely perfect for us. The furniture was extremely comfortable and one of the cleanest rentals we have ever stayed in. We enjoyed having coffee on the ocean front deck each morning and the fact that groceries and some restaurants were within walking distance was a plus. This is the nicest vacation rental unit rented thus far. Decorated very nicely. Everything you would needed was supplied, iron and board, coffee maker and plenty of kitchen utilities. The furniture was quality and well thought out for a comfortable stay. Mattress was as comfortable as home. Quality blankets, towels, linens. When I say clean it was clean. The host made us feel welcomed and let us know they were available if we needed anything. When in Daytona I'd book again in a heartbeat. It didn't feel like a rental. Just like home. The unit is clean and well equipped and just as advertised. There is a nice ocean view from the deck (as long as you don’t look down at the wrecked pools). The resort complex itself, like Daytona Beach, has seen better days.

I love nothing more than the sound of the ocean waves. I had a couple of days away from work to enjoy this beautiful place right on the ocean. It was everything a weekend away should be. Convenient to restaurants and groceries as well. Hosts were welcoming, and great communicators as well. Would love to come back!

We overall had an amazing stay here at this condo. The room was bigger than what we thought from the pictures which was a pleasant surprise. The room was very clean and had an amazing view.
