This place is sketchy. I was safe and no one messed with my car. You could easily get a contact high from other patrons in rooms around you. I did check for bed bugs and found no signs of them. The ac was cold just like the shower.

I have stayed here several times over the years. I was disappointed that it has gone down. The property is not as nice and kept as it was. I love staying here when I travel to Shreveport but I was saddened about how the property has changed.

The staff was nice & helpful in every way. When we checked on the entire 10th floor smelled disgusting and the toilet was non functional and dirty upon check in. Called front desk told them I will leave for a couple hours to get food and hopefully it will be fixed when we got back to determine if we would stay or not. Upon returning everything was fixed and fine. Food wasn't anything but tasteless ordered room service twice once for breakfast and once for half lunch half dinner. No seasoning and no salt or pepper offered. Pool was closed due to rain the end.

The room was absolutely beautiful! It was clean, spacious, quiet. The hotel itself is in great condition and right on the Red River with access to all amenities. There are several restaurants on site along with a casino. We ate at Jimmy’s and it was very good! The staff were friendly and helpful. Although it is conveniently located on the boardwalk, most stores are shut down and it’s like a ghost town. You can tell it once had its glory days… so sad. Overall fun place to stay and great Vegas style casino!

Clean room. Report several maintenance issues. Hot breakfast selections were sparse. Only eggs, sausages and waffles. Coffee bar provided no creamers except half and half.
