Room was always cleaned everyday. Staff was nice and courteous. Ice machine wasn’t working on my floor but that’s ok, I didn’t need any ice.

I had a really good stay at this hotel. The staff were outstanding—friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful throughout my visit. The facilities themselves are top-notch and well maintained, making the stay comfortable and convenient. One small thing to note: when I made the reservation, I wasn’t aware that the hotel restaurant would be closed during my stay, so there weren’t food options available on-site besides a few bites at the rooftop bar, Wild Days. This meant room service wasn’t an option either. Despite this hiccup, everything else—rooms, common areas, and service—was great. Overall, I’d definitely consider this hotel again for future trips to DC. The positives far outweighed the minor dining limitation, and I left with a very positive impression of the property.
