“they over booked my room and put me into another room that smelled like smoke. They charged me $40 more dollars and I still haven't received the money. Breakfast was just ok..”

“My stay at this Holiday Inn did not meet the standards I usually expect from an IHG property. The hotel felt cheaply managed and lacked the comfort and convenience I’ve experienced at other Holiday Inn locations. The hot water in my room did not work unless I went to the front desk and asked them to address it. There was also no coffee maker in the room, and I had to request one from the front desk, where it was handed to me in a plastic bag. Cleanliness was another major issue. The bathroom……
