The elevators were not working on the day I checked out so had to lug 2 pieces of luggage down from 4th floor. They had no staff to help me and did not offer a partial refund for the very stressful situation. As a senior woman, they should have gotten help to assist those that needed it.

My stay was absolutely wonderful. The only complaint I have is not with the hotel itself, but the area. It’s wonderful for shopping, eating out, and entertainment. Unfortunately, the cell service in the area is very spotty due to lack of cell towers (from what I was told). Other than this, my stay was wonderful and I would love to stay there again.
