Looking for some peace and quiet? Well look no further.
Cabin sits at the end of a private road/driveway. No traffic or other tourists to distract you from nature. Only one neighbor across the street!
Located in Del Rio, TN. Quiet country setting only 50 miles from the action in Gatlinburg,Pigeon Forge(Dollywood)Townsend
and surrounding towns.Enjoy setting on the front porch listening to the birds,crickets and the water in the creek by night and take day trips hiking,going on picnics,shopping and fun by day.
You may call, email or text at any time if you need assistance during your stay. Local neighbor is available to assist if needed. You will be given their contact information upon booking.

Awesome secluded location!

If you want to get away from the crowds this is the place! Not TOO far from Newport or Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge and very convenient to the whitewater rafting and zip lines in Hartford TN. Nice place that is as advertised. We would definitely stay here again.

Enjoyed our stay. Cabin was very inviting and clean. We were made to feel welcome. It was the perfect get way from the hustle and bustle of our busy lives. We were able to chill, relax, and enjoy.

If you're looking for some peace & quiet then I suggest checking out this cabin! It was a busy holiday weekend so when in Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg area is was crowded, but were able to relax back at the cabin. This was much more reasonably priced than cabins closer to attractions where is was more busy.

Quiet and relaxing

The property is very secluded and perfect if you are looking for something quiet and relaxing. It has all you need for cooking in the kitchen. The only thing I would suggest is a grill outside. The stairs onto the front porch need some TLC as they have built-up grime and are slippery when wet and a little shaky. The back door had a ramp going up which made it easier for my elderly mother to walk in. Overall this was a great property to rent and I will definitely go back.

We liked the remote location away from Gatlinburg and the strip. Lots of dirt roads and mountain forrest to explore. We brought our Geo tracker and rode the backroads exploring and enjoying the views.

Don't Do It

On check-in day, Eric, the property owner, was late in giving us the access code to the property, which is typically not a problem, especially if I am running late for check-in. The only problem here is, nowhere in the listing does it say you will also not have cell signal at the Cabin. The owner is aware of this as he told me in a message but it is not communicated in the description. In addition, our family arrived after dark, the next big mistake. The location of this cabin is secluded as described, but you have to go through a very sketchy area to get there. Then there are many lane gravel roads, many which were washed out and our family was sliding at midnight! Only to get to the cabin and realize there is no cell signal and I don't have a code. So in the early morning hours we had to travel back down to get a signal (40 minutes) and were not going to risk going back up since we slid all over the first time. I rented a hotel room alternatively since this cabin was not as described. When I contacted the owner, Eric blew off my requests. He did offer to refund my 80 cleaning fee. I was out my rental on this and still had to find safer accomidations for my family. Renters beware. There is likely a reason no reviews have been given in over a year. The description is not accurate. I contacted VRBO directly and am waiting for results. Save yourself some time and money rent another place or a hotel like I did.

Cabin Vacay

We enjoyed our stay at this cabin. Super quiet. Loved how we could just enjoy the nice weather and calmness. We would definitely stay here again.

Mold and grease everywhere

A cabin in a quite secluded area sounded perfect. How wrong we were.... A pile of dirty towels was thrown on the bed, EVERY dish, pot, pan or utensil had to be rewashed. they were ALL covered in dried food and or grease. Old open expired foods in the fridge, Stove top was covered in thick grease AND chunks of food and the sink had old food in the drains. The toilet had a ring of mold and the seat and underneath of the seat were covered in urine and poop. We left a day early, I messaged the owner. He replied "send the pictures and I will get to the bottom of this." After sending the pictures, I have heard nothing else, If you do not mind having to clean the place you are renting so you can be away and relaxed, this is the place for you. However, if you are not interested in E-coli or other peoples sweat, dirt and ick, be smarter that I was...... Move on! If you choose to stay here, May the germs be in your favor

Great little cabin in the woods

Just what I was looking for! Far enough from the other houses that my dog could run but within an hour of Gatlinburg. Bed was comfortable, kitchen well setup. A gas or kettle grill would have been nice but I got along ok without. Great to sit on front porch and relax

Lovely secluded cabin

My husband and I spent 8 nights here and it was so peaceful and quiet, just what we needed. The property was clean and up to date with all the amenities you need. It is a drive to places like Gatlinburg but this is why we chose it. We spend time doing the touristy stuff but enjoyed leaving the hustle and bustle to enjoy the peace and quiet. The co hosts were so sweet and took the time to drive us around the town and all the back roads to aome hidden gems. We enjoyed learning about the area and visiting some of their friends homes as well as their own. We are actually thinking about buying some land there to build! All in all it was a perfect vacation!

Host was terrific!

It was in a beautiful location. Very peaceful. Very clean. Host was very nice and knowledgeable about the area. Took us on a tour which we really enjoyed. Would love to return this wonderful place. Had a great time.

It was very nice, quiet, clean. We had a wonderful stay. It is very secluded. Would stay there again! Don't trust the gps use a map.
