"The property itself was charming, the room and bathroom very comfortable. The staff were helpful, kind and corteous. The weak point of the stay was the badly kept access road to the property which is full of potholes, dumped rubbish and broken furniture. As it is the only access to the property it sets a bad impression before you arrive and every time you use it."

We enjoyed the view of the surrounding hills from the large terrace. "The rooms are beautifully designed with a lovely quiet balcony. Because our host had a family emergency we did not have breakfast. Although, we were contacted the day before and told we could cancel for a full refund. We chose to stay. The daughter greeted us and accommodated us by driving us into Agrigento, We did not have car so the taxi to and from the house was 15 euro’s each way and if you were planning on visiting The Valley of Temples the price is 25 euro’s each way and LaScala 35.00...

"The villa is beautiful, lovely inside and out. Very spacious and it really has everything inside you could need. The pool area is very large and the pool is large and beautiful, our only issue was the lack of workable umbrella stands as there is no shade around the pool until about 4pm. We didnt find too much to do local to the villa, there is a nice restaurant (La Taberna) in rucalmuto but we drove to San Leone, which had an array of resturants and beautiful beaches and just 20 mins drive...
