Die Wohnung ist picobello sauber. In der Küche findet man das nötigste vor, kleine Gerichte zu kochen ist ohne weiteres möglich. Es waren von der Witterung her sehr widrige Tage: extremer Schneefall, Frost, tierische Kälte. Die Wohnräume und das Bad sind gut beheizbar, man merkt dass die Wohnung relativ neu renoviert ist.Für den angegebenen Zweck (Monteurwohnung) ist sie top geeignet.
