"Great location, easy dirt road to ride to get to house, easy to find. The house was perfect for us. It was relaxing, comfortable, everything you need. We enjoyed relaxing in the back lanai and opened up the windows, enjoyed our morning coffee and an afternoon nap. The lady who cleans the house lives two houses down and is so nice and welcoming. The dock at this house isn’t complete yet (hopefully by spring 2026) but she allowed us to go to her house and use her dock to fish, sit and relax or...

"4 former football players were in for the Jaxville St. and WKU conference USA game. Easy entry to the house, close to the university and stadium, clean and efficient. Enjoyed our time other than the loss of the game. "

"I rented the cabin for my family for son's college graduation. The cabin itself was great as well as the yard and parking. I love the wrap around porch and all of the seating and table combinations. Each side was different which made for great conversations.The TV and it's location is slightly noisy for the two king bedrooms. "
