You will have exclusive access to the entire main floor. My dog and I live in the basement. We use the back door to go outside. The backyard and patio are also available for your use.

My dog and I live in the basement on this property. The spaces are completely separate and have lockable doors between them. You may see my dog and I in the back yard.

If guests check out after 10am without advance notice there is a $10 fee per hour.

If guests check out after 12pm they will be charged for an extra night.

Don't disturb other guests during quiet hours.

Keep the front & back doors closed & locked unless (un)loading.

Make sure the fence gate stays closed.

The non-smoking policy is only for inside. Guests are welcome to smoke, including 420 outside. Please make sure the back door is closed when smoking.
