The property:
There is a master bedroom and bathroom on the main floor! This can be ideal for accessibility since there are just 3 steps to get into the house. There are 3 rooms upstairs and 4 downstairs

Each room has its own bathroom. The main floor has a large kitchen and dining area as well as a spacious living area. The back patio features a full patio setup with a firepit and dining area.

The listing will provide a whole NEW and FRESH perspective for you and your guests of what the VRBO experience should be like.

Other things to note:
Since we get questions about it - the main floor of the house features a beautiful hardwood floor while each room has carpet.

Our property has additional sleeping cots in each bedroom that you can use as sleeping beds, this is in addition to the regular beds in the bedrooms. You'll find pillows, linens, and a comforter in the closet for arranging the cots, which you'll be responsible for setting up.

We kindly request to refrain from sending mail/delivery of any items to the house address. This request is to prevent any inconvenience from both parties, as we've encountered issues with mail delivery before and we want to make sure that your valuables will get to you safely in due time.

When making a reservation for this property, please know that you are agreeing and accepting the following house rules.

1. General Conduct
- Respect the Neighbors: Please keep noise to a minimum, especially between 11PM and 9AM. We have a noise monitoring device that measures noise levels without recording conversations. Fine of $300 for noise violations.
- No Parties or Events: Parties or large gatherings are not allowed without prior written approval.
- Guest Limit: Only the number of guests stated in your reservation is allowed to stay overnight at the property.
- Remove Shoes Indoors: Please remove your shoes inside the property to maintain cleanliness.

2. Property Care
- No Smoking Indoors: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Smoking is permitted outdoors at least 20 feet from the cabin. A fine of $300 will be applied if the guest is found in violation of this policy.

Pet Policy:
- No Unattended Pets: Do not leave dogs -unattended in the house. Guests who leave pets unattended will be fined $300.
- Leash Requirement: Dogs must be leashed at all times to avoid disturbing neighbors and wildlife. --

Complaints may lead to eviction and forfeiture of remaining nights.
Cleanliness: Please leave the property in the same condition as you found it. Dispose of trash in the designated bins.
Report Issues: Immediately report any damages or issues to the host.
