The room was clean, but cold with no carpeting. The heater / AC on the wall was loud, not great for sleeping.The lack of carpet made it echo and we could hear everything the second floor tenants did above us. The front desk staff need to work on their customer service skills. Otherwise, it was a bed and a roof for the weekend.

We don’t live very far from this location but we do like to stay overnight whenever we go to an event at the Arena. The hotel is right across the street. Easy parking in their parking lot make it convenient. If it’s a nice day, so many walkable options. The hotel staff are all so friendly & helpful.

It was a pleasant place but definitely older and a little bit run down. Pool also was cold, and shower finicky. Staff was all wonderful and friendly though. No breakfast included and it's a pricey a la carte deal unless you pay in advance through their app or maybe Expedia...we learned the hard way, because we didn't pay in advance. Overall not bad but I wouldn't rave about it.

Our cabin was spotlessly clean, welcoming and warm. (We were in the midst of a snow storm, where over 8 inches accumulated.) The host was easily accessible to answer any questions we had. Kitchen was fully stocked with cooking and serving pieces. Had an amazing time with family! 5 stars!!!!!!
