As you enter the premises, please stop at the Sandpiper Cove welcome shack. Advise the staff that you are a registered guest staying at unit 2083. Staff will issue a parking passes and provide resort information.

We are located in the heart of Destin just steps from the soft, sugar-white sandy beaches of the Emerald Coast. Our community is surrounded by the best restaurants, shops, and local boutiques in the area.

When you stay in one of our beautifully decorated and fully-furnished vacation rentals, you can rest assured we will provide you a most comfortable home away from home! Each condo is equipped with everything you need in order to have a great vacation.

The resort has several signs to direct you to the condo with ease! Once you locate the condo, there are several free parking spots around the condo. Plus, you are walking distance to the heated pool seen from the back deck of the property yard.

Sandpiper Cove has five sparkling swimming pools and three hot tubs located conveniently throughout the property. Our pools offer a great place to swim laps, watch the kids play, relax with family or simply unwind at the end of the day. Two of our pools are heated for your comfort during the winter months. If grilling is what you enjoy, we have charcoal grills located near each pool for you to use at any time. Don’t forget to bring your floaties and pool toys for an afternoon of great pool fun! Marco? - Quite hours are 9 pm to 8 am.
- Non-compliance with the rules may result in extra fines/charges.
- The swimming pool hours are 8:00am to 10:00pm. Please shower before entering swimming pools. Use at your own risk.
- Tents are not permitted. You may have children’s small personal tents or a small umbrella/tent that is no larger than 8 feet in diameter.
- Glass containers are prohibited from the beach as well as the swimming pools on the property.
- Fishing is permitted on property but only in designated areas. Off the dock behind the Louisiana Lagniappe and at the mouth of the canal. (Florida fishing license is required).
- Grills are not allowed on the balcony or patios. We do have charcoal grills that are provided for your use throughout the property.
- All condos are allowed two cars.
