*PLEASE NOTE: SunDestin Beach Resort is undergoing an extensive property modernization project beginning September of 2024. Construction will occur from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, including weekends if required. Guest will most likely experience construction noise during these times and other inconveniences. Please be advised that our outdoor amenities will be closed until early Summer of 2025:

-Splash Pad
The grill and smoking areas will be relocated during the renovation. The indoor pool and gym are available during their regular operating hours.
This timeframe coincides with the first two phases of our property renovation, and all dates are subject to change due to weather, labor, or supply chain issues. We apologize for any disruption and appreciate your understanding as we work to enhance our resort for your future enjoyment. Renovations will continue throughout 2025 and into Spring of 2026.

Perfect for a romantic getaway, this hotel-style condo has everything guests will need to relax and unwind. The fully equipped kitchen will make preparing meals easy, and guests will have access to the community gas grills if they want something a little more crispy. Spend time on the private balcony and gaze out onto the Gulf and downtown Destin. Guests can even see seasonal fireworks! The shared pool and hot tub, sauna, steam room, and fitness center are also available to guests.

What's nearby:
When guests venture out, the city is a playground for family fun and outdoor adventures. Enjoy waterfront bars, restaurants, and shops along HarborWalk Village (just under three miles from the condo). Fish off the boardwalk or hike the stunning nature trails at Henderson Beach State Park one-and-a-half miles away. Big Kahuna's Water & Adventure Park provides water slide and lazy river fun just half a mile away.

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Very close and overall clean. Was surprised by construction workers at my balcony due to ongoing repairs of exterior of building. Wish the beach chairs were cheaper. Unit was fine

Great overall

Great place to stay, has everything you need, giftshop with food you can take to your room, restaurant and bar on site, indoor and outdoor pool, outdoor hot tub. Staff is constantly cleaning. They did store our luggage due to a later flight. Umbrella rental is 35 per day and if you want chairs as well its 50 a day. Its optional, but if you don't rent them, you have to be further back on the beach, behind everyone who did rent them.

Overall clean, has a lot of amenities in room and at resort. If you could tie in the umbrella use to the charges, that would have been helpful! Construction was not a set back and not noisy. Easy access to beach and resort staff was very friendly! The onsite store had a lot to offer.

Amazing Little Gem!

My husband and I stayed here for our mini-vacay. We absolutely LOVED the coziness of the condo & its decor. We almost didn’t want to leave just to get out and explore it was so cozy. The bed was heavenly, we slept like a baby. The view was WONDERFUL!! We enjoyed having mimosas in the mornings looking out into the beach & candlelight meals on the balcony. Will definitely stay again!

Great location and view

I family and I booked a last-minute trip to get away for Mardi Gras and we had nice relaxing time. Condo is in a great location and it’s clean and has a good view. Bed was comfortable and the kids enjoyed the indoor pool with it being chilly outside.

Spring beach trip

The condo was very nice and comfortable. Enjoyed watching the waves and the view. Very minimum kitchen items. It would be good to have pot holders to remove things from the oven and ice cube trays (no ice maker). Everything else was great.
