The hotel is clean as well as the guests room. Bed and beddings are clean and very comfortable to sleep. Bathroom is huge with bathtub and stand up shower- the look is modern. The hotel is very clean and the staff is very courteous. The hotel is a few blocks from the beach, restaurants, and bars of station 1. During my stay the island electricity failed, but this hotel has a generator and it supplied power. Many hotels and businesses do not have generators -- this is an important thing to have.

I have traveled to Boracay for vacation several times and stayed in ultra plush resorts and budget resorts. I can honestly say that Surfside is a combination of both. I love the size of the room.
