"Amazing stay with an incredible view. I highly recommend choosing the all inclusive or full board option because meals are pricey but the food is absolutely delicious. The buffet, except for the last day, was outstanding. Fish night was amazing and lunch offered a huge salad bar plus a main course from the menu. Breakfast was also excellent. I loved it all. As a solo traveler, the noise from kids was a bit bothersome but I still had a great time. The hotel has an amazing gym that is better than many regular gyms I have seen elsewhere. The spa is included and the sauna was great. The hotel met all my needs and I cannot wait to come back, hopefully with fewer kids around next time."

"This hotel is really in a remote area, but it’s new and very clean. There is a little market that you can buy some fruits, pasta, and more in the lobby. The staff was great as well! "

"I recently stayed at Napa Plaza Hotel and had an incredible experience from start to finish. The hotel is perfectly located right in the heart of Ayia Napa, just steps away from restaurants, shops, and nightlife—but once you’re inside, it feels like a calm, peaceful escape from the buzz outside. The rooms are modern, clean, and comfortable with sleek decor and everything you need for a relaxing stay. I especially loved the balcony view overlooking the pool area—it’s a beautiful spot to enjoy a morning coffee or evening drink. Speaking of the pool—it’s a highlight! Spacious, stylish, and surrounded by loungers and palm trees, it felt like a mini resort. The poolside bar service was excellent, and the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful throughout the stay. Breakfast was also fantastic, with a wide variety of fresh options and a lovely atmosphere. There are also several bars and restaurants on-site, including some great spots for cocktails in the evening. As an adults-only hotel, the vibe is peaceful and sophisticated—ideal for couples or friends looking for a mix of relaxation and entertainment. It truly felt like a boutique getaway. Overall, I highly recommend Napa Plaza Hotel. It combines location, comfort, and great service perfectly. I’ll definitely be returning! "

"Would have rated 4.5 if possible. This is a lovely hotel and certainly deserves its 5-star rating. Facilities were vast and of a high quality. We were a family of 6 staying all-inclusive. It included all meals and unlimited drinks and ice cream (other snacks were limited). Food quality was ok not amazing. Standard buffets were substantial in range if not quality. The Japanese a la carte was good although Acai restaurant for dinner wasnt great with very slow service. Some felvioujs cocktails and mocktails were always available. Entertainment was limited but fun - mostly for children with wonderful staff who kept our kids entertained. We had family sea view rooms. Comfortable and good amentieies with lovely views. Not the largest and TV limited for English speakers but not an issue. The 'free' mini bar was a nice touch but some more snacks and less drinks woukd have been appreciated. Pool was simple but clean and warm. Never had an issue finding a sunbed. Pool service was appreciated. Overall a great hotel and one we would visit agian."
