"Beautifully manicured grounds on arrival. Easy parking outside our cottage. Good sized bathroom with plenty of hot water and nice toiletries. Well appointed kitchenette and we had to ask for just a couple of essential items. Nice balcony surrounded by trees. However, one of the cats was a real problem coming onto the balcony and leaving mess on the couch. Heavy music from a nearby property was a problem on occasions. "Villa was very clean. However;dishwasher didn't work, water heater was accidentally unplugged so no hot water for a couple days. That was fixed immediately once reported to property management. The master's bath toilet seat needed to replace and water leak from toilet tank was annoying. I felt this should have been thoroughly checked. Other than that, great location. property manager was friendly and was on time to deliver keys upon arrival."
