“Location, air conditioning, hot water, and a safe in the room were the positive aspects. The negative ones were the presence of mold on several places on the bathroom walls, shower curtain, and floor. Stains on chairs. Carpet is so old that it's detached from its underlayment and has become a trip hazard.”

“The lodge is in a beautiful setting and staff were very helpful. It was a bit remote from the main part of Bariloche, and driving in and out through the security gate was a mess. We were stopped and questioned nearly every time we entered and exited, even though they had all of our documentation and face recognition data on hand. Their system needs a serious update.”
