“Our experience was very good. However, the only issue we encountered was the strong kerosene smell on the third floor. The heating lamps located in the interior patio-which at night also operates as a restaurant, where the food is excellent, by the way- emit a very intense kerosene or gasoline odor, and because the patio has a covered roof, the smell ends up accumulating on the third floor.”

“Location was amazing. The staff was incredibly helpful and kind. The only thing is that we had an inner room and we did not have a window.”

“need to improve hot water system terrible to hot o to cold never right temperature also must install garbage can inside de room as well outside of the property”

“Loved our stayed at this hotel, highly recommended it if you’re traveling to Cuenca, Ecuador”
