“本人在hotel预定酒店一切顺利，到达黎巴嫩WH酒店大厅办理入住时候，被酒店人员告知信用卡无效无法扣除费用，导致我的预订被取消。在这之前无论酒店还是hotel都没有提前告知我，导致我在黎巴嫩给hotel打电话核实信息花费漫游费超过1000元人民币，还无法找到合适的酒店。十分恼火！”
