“Booked as a last minute random stay, turned out to be my forever preferred hotel from now on. The staff from the Front office manager, every single guest agent to the concierge staff member, pool attendees, garden cleaners to the humblest security guard always went out of their way to welcome you with a warm greeting and Srilankan hospitality that comes from the heart. The room standards were exceptional without any faults and the Quality of all F&B outlets including room services was……
