“My experience with the place was very good overall. The location is excellent, close to restaurants and shopping streets. Communication with the host through WhatsApp worked really well, but before arrival the communication via Hotels.com didn’t work properly – some of my messages didn’t go through, and vice versa. "Hello, the room was generally clean. However, the handle for the shower head in the bathroom appeared to have damaged or peeling paint, which caused a small cut on my hand. We hope this can be checked, and that the next guest and cleaning staff can be careful. Also, the air conditioning system could not be adjusted to produce cool air, which made the room feel quite stuffy and uncomfortable. Please look into this. Thank you."
