“Amazing location and house! Right overlooking beach and cruise dock, direct access to private beach. We loved the layout of the home large great room with open kitchen, dining, and family room. Large sectional and huge TV, lots of double doors and windows out to large covered porch and patio and beach shower station. Right at the edge of old town to enjoy the atmosphere and culture of the island with a wonderful retreat. Property manager ran his cable box to our house when ours wasn’t working so……

“We had a wonderful stay in Rick’s condo! When we arrived it so so clean and well stocked with everything we needed. If we needed anything Rick w as right there to answer questions. One day they w ere having trouble with the water on the island and Rick kept us informed and up to date. I have never met Rick but what a nice gentlemen he is. I would highly recommend this spacious, nice and clean condo! Thank you Rick for everything!”

“We had an issue with the shower and the owner responded immediately and sent the Plummer also we left an item in the unit and he sent us a picture of the item and the caretakers phone number so we can recover the item”
