“Nous avons réservé le chalet pour la famille.
Arrivées après 17hr: 1er incident les vaisselles sales étaient dans la machine. Et le peu de vaisselles placées étaient sales. Aucun contrôle du nettoyage.
Au réveil de la 1ere nuit, 2eme incident: le grille pain ne fonctionnait pas et malgré une sois disant promesse de la fille de l’accueil rien ne nous a été déposé en remplacement.
3eme incident: 2nuits de réservées pour 5 personnes, un rouleau de PH remis uniquement. Gestion trop radine.
