"Food were cold in the breakfast buffet. You will look for your own table, some staff just talking to each other not attending to the guests. There are times that you have to lean forward when getting food because the staff didn’t put it closer or move the food closer nor refill the container when there were few left. They waited for the guest to tell them what to do."
