We stayed 2 nights. The chateau hotel was beautifully decorated and surrounded by lush landscaping. The service was excellent. The room was clean and quiet. The air freshener that was sprayed in the room and throughout the hotel was a little too strong. Parking was free. Although we enjoyed the breakfast, we felt that it was mediocre for a luxury hotel. The location was convenient to drive to Sarlat, Marqueyssac garden, etc.

The staff was very welcoming and more than helpful. When we found ourselves in a bind because we needed fuel and the only service stations open were automated (which don't accept American credit cards), the hostess went with us and used her personal credit card to get us on the road again. Hi, the Terminus is great place to stay. Walking distance from the train station, which is how we arrived. Wonderful stained glass windows, art, and an early last century feel. A friendly staff. A good buffet. Walking distance to old town Cahors with Food options galore in that area. I feel like the price is worth the stay. I would definitely stay here again.

We had such a wonderful stay at La Sarlamandre. Our hosts, Stéphy and Séb were so kind and welcoming from the start. The rooms are very clean and feel brand new.
Breakfast was delicious with homemade jams and cake.
Everything was so perfect and their attention to detail made our stay so comfortable. We really felt at home. We were so sad to leave and wish we could’ve stayed longer! Merci beaucoup!
