We got all the necessary information from the owner via WhatsApp. Communication was efficient and trouble-free. Easy check-in with Smart Box. Approx.15-20 min by foot from the Old Town. "Our stay was excellent. It was completely modernized and in the perfect location. The town square was just one block from hotel and the Black Church was just a block away from the square. Its location gave us easy access to everything we wanted…dining, shopping, and tourist attractions. The price was fantastic and it included an excellent breakfast. The staff was friendly, helpful, and very professional. I highly recommend that this is a MUST stay. Just remember to reach out to hotel before going to reserve a parking spot as there are only two dedicated to the hotel. We were lucky as we went on a Sunday afternoon and found a spot in front of the hotel that is paid to the city. Fabulous hotel and I will stay there again on my next trip to Braşov. "

"I booked a stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Sighisoara - Cavaler through Expedia. Upon arrival, the receptionist clearly told us that we did not have a reservation and that the hotel was fully booked. Showing her the booking confirmation from Expedia did not change her position. After some discussion with the receptionist — who was not helpful at all — we were told to contact Expedia ourselves to resolve the issue and find another place to stay for the night. We ended up calling Expedia five times, navigating endless automated menus before finally reaching a real person. In the end, we had to find a new place to stay late at night on our own. Although I received a refund after four days, I would never book with Expedia again. It cost me a lot of time and energy to fix their mistake."
