“Great place to get away from everything, do not expect to have everything at your fingertips. Its the way it is for a reason , a get away from life and a bit of just normalcy. I personally think the sulfur smell from the well water is overexaggerated. It honestly was not bad. We carried a couple packs of water even though Ryan told us he would have some. I just take it that its an expense I should have , just like toilet paper or paper towels etc. One night the lightning took out the surge...

“The house was perfect for our group. We thoroughly enjoyed the screened in pool deck and spa. It was spacious and the pool was immaculate and surprisingly cool. We smoked meat in the large smoker out back and enjoyed watching the game on the back porch TV. The house was well stocked with common appliances, cookware, plenty of towels for the pool, and two large refrigerators for groceries. The host was very personable and gave us a tour when we arrived. It was overall a great place to stay.”

“After driving 13 hours to get there. The host was not available for a refund after several attempts to talk about the booking which was not advertised by the pictures shown and there were two to three other people there when I got there not to mention the stench of the smell of urine when you entered did not even stay there and still demanding a refund . I would not recommend this place AT ALL!!!”

“Folks, this was an incredible week for us at Joel’s wonderful VRBO home. Yes, the pool is private and enclosed with a screen lanai to keep the pests out. There is a really good space inside the lanai to sit in a covered patio with a grill and nice dining set. The river was a lot of fun and the water might be like glass one moment and have a sting current on another. “We were so thankful to find this house. We needed the space for our whole family to gather for my a wedding nearby. The owners were very friendly and helpful. I appreciated the many extras provided like when my niece forgot to pack her toothpaste there was some travel at the house. We were really happy with the house snd the opportunity it gave foe my family to sit around the fire pit and enjoy each other. ”

The condition of the sheets was questionable, and the coffee pot had visible mold. While bath towels were provided, there were no washcloths. The hand body soaps were extremely watered down, and there were leftover food items in the freezer. I had to spend 15 of my own money on cleaning supplies just to make the space bearable. The shower drain ended up needing to be flushed...
