Nice SPA, good breakfast, the hotel has its atmosphere/climate but the receptionist (lady) was extremely rude and treated us with disrespect :/

Amazing value - breakfast/dinner included and the quality was very good. Everybody was friendly. My room was very clean and I really appreciated AC. I would stay there again. If you expect “Marriott experience” it’s not for you.

spent full week for vacation in good condition. Hotel offers many possibilities to relax as well as neighborhood for cycling activities. All employees were friendly and supportive , good breakfast choice. Restaurant menu very good. All in all it is very good place to stay. We have been here third time already.

Ok the word is out, I want to be a princess but staying at a place like Palac Romantycny is probably the closest that I will get to it. But that being said after the fabulous treatment my husband and I experienced at the hotel I am okay with that. We were at the hotel sadly for only one night but I was able to book a spa treatment that was glorious. Breakfast was the perfect Polish buffet with all the goodies that you could want both hot and cold offerings. This hotel is definitely on our list...

Nice hotel, large room. The Spa is very good and well equipped. Dinner is great.

Great property in a wonderful city. Review your directions before heading there. Have to give the staff a shoutout. They were all fantastic and totally committed to ensuring our stay was great. Very convenient to everything- we are planning to return.

Great hotel ,very short walk to old town ,stuff very friendly

Hotel is a little far from main attraction (to walk). They had a cocktail on the night of my stay so we had noise until 2am. Mattress are extremely soft for me. Big room and big bathroom.

Very nice place, all new, huge rooms, wonderful amenities, fabulous service.
