"The location is good. Rooms are due for refurbishment. Air con was noisy and did not work properly. It was lucky that the weather was not too warm. The room was very good size. In general the room was a bit tired and the carpet needed deep cleaning. Furnitures were somewhat worn. Staff was OK and they could be a lot better with some training,"
