“ The apartment hotel is new and the room facilities is good. The emnities can use some improvement but good in terms of a service apartment. The location is excellent for what it is. Most of the interaction we had with staff are postive and friendly. However the communication especially around room service/cleaning could be clearer and some of the request we had didn't go through. There was a instance with an unpleasant encounter with staff with requesting new towel. Overal the experince is……

“We are in a group of 15s and staying in this hotel with 2 nights, it requires 30 mins driving from Melbourne airport and very convenient to reach. The environment is very good with some facility being offered. We are so amazing that we are 3 toilet inside each house, and quite convenient to a large group of people. But one thing you should consider is, there is no room service during weekend, no one come for tidy-up the room except for clean up the rubbish. Overall, I still recommend this hotel……

“Don’t judge from first sight; whilst there are a lot of permanent older vans the park appears to be well maintained and so close to the ocean. It is very quiet. We stayed in a villa cabin was, very spacious, plenty of room to walk especially in bedroom and bathroom. Loved the full size kitchen. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay again.”

“Found this place looking for a pet friendly stay as had to travel to Geelong for a pets surgery. Arrived to a wonderful looking stay with a pub immediately next door which was fantastic. The room I booked was not the room provided. It appeared online as an upgrade - possibly due to bed size. However there was no kitchenette. This was an issue for me as I had to prepare some food to help with the pet taking his meds. The communal area had a oven and cooktop and dishwasher. To cookware and no……
