“Service was 5 STAR! This is an “old school hotel” which puts great emphasis on keeping it facilities, beautiful and well-maintained, and the service of the staff is top-notch. Annie at the front desk went above and beyond the call, helping us with arrangements and transportation. We highly, highly recommend this hotel.”

“Clean comfortable room. The lighting was tricky(I’m not familiar with inserting your key card into a slot in order to activate electricity). An explanation would have been helpful. The front desk staff was not particularly helpful with transportation issues. In addition staff throughout the hotel - front desk, restaurant, bar - were very superior in attitude, appeared bothered by questions, not particularly friendly. Breakfast, restaurant food and service, housekeeping, room conditions were all……

“This is OK place based on American expectations. It was pretty much clean, but dated. Food at the restaurant was again OK, but probably the best place closest to the Knock airport, where we were flying back in the morning.”
