“Definitely older, but beautiful building, beautiful setting by the river in the trees. Great large room. Main complaint is the maze of hallways, had to go up a floor (with a lift) down a hallway then down another flight (no lift) when there was an outside door to the parking lot right by our room but "for emergency only". amenities cost extra, did not try them out.”
“The property has been maintained as a castle based hotel since the 1970’s. The castle interior furnishings and appointments are unique. You have to see it to believe it. It was amazing. The original owner who took over the property from the county spent a tremendous amount of time bringing nautical themed interior furnishings.
