“As a business owners, I dont leave bad reviews because usually a company at least tries. I have waited over 2 weeks to leave this review, however, to see if Evolve would refund me. They havent. The safety and cleanliness issues need no explanation if you look at the photos. This place was gross, smelly, and unsafe. “This house was a great place to stay. We had an event in the Camden area, and this was the perfect place for our group. The house was well-equipped, comfortable and in a beautiful location. Be aware there is very little nearby. There is a grocery store, dollar general and CVS, so most basic needs are met. There is a great restaurant called The Pecan in downtown Camden and a drive in type called Jacksons which is also very good. Communication with the owner was easy. There is an outdoor cat that……
