“Very clean and nicely appointed. Neighborhood was quiet and tucked away. It would take about 15 minutes to get to downtown, but the mall is a little closer. Two bedrooms are larger than normal and one bedroom was a standard size. The shared bathroom is spacious and two people can easily be at the countertop. The master bedroom had a separated sink area from the shower/toilet area. The shower/toilet area is a little tight, but the shower is the same large size as the shared bathroom. All in all……

“Nice home with tile floors and fenced back yard; perfect for pets. Huge couch and large television were a plus. The listing on VRBO showed one king bed and two queen beds; however, there was actually one king and two FULL beds. Owner was notified and asked to correct the listing.”

“1905 middle-class home in a trending up neighborhood. Jocelyn & Ernesto have done wonders bringing modern conveniences into this home from a time when horses reigned and electricity was unknown. The home is close to restaurants (CampoMar & The Pump House Riverside are jewels) and the Guadalupe River and its parks and historic homes.3 bedrooms - the upstairs master king bed was extremely comfortable and the walk-in shower worked well.
