"The receptionist guy for checking in, he was very nice person. The guy who takes orders and receives money for the restaurant side, a bit poker face but I guess he was tired that time. Breakfast was nice, that’s was the main reason I booked there and I was satisfied. Everything was nice, air conditioning works well under the heatwave. That was the nice part as well. (I am from Madrid and I was surprised Dusseldorf was even hotter than my home under the heatwave 😆)"
