Lots of restaurants within walking distance as well as the Megamaxi supermarket, Carolina park and cinema. The apartment was very clean and comfortable and Carmen was an absolute sweetheart. "After we finally got checked in, turned the AC on and it was not cold. Owner told me it would cool down and to let her know if I didn't need it "cold like hers (friend's room) I would be fine but I could switch it in the morning. "Rude front desk staff on arrival. Put me into a mobility room when I had booked a higher level room. When asked to change it was a long discussion but in the end I was given the room I paid for. Check out is 11am. Wouldn’t consider a later check out. When I took a shower at 8:30am there was no hot water. Don’t recommend. A disaster. Shame as location is great but very poor front desk staff.
