“酒店比较简陋，浴室的水时暖时凉，但是房内比较干净。酒店内的网络非常差，基本上用不了，并且酒店也不提供任何餐饮。”

“Adoramos o atendimento da funcionária Narciza que nos orientou sobre que tipo de taxi pegar, mercados próximos, além de uns pequenos quebra galhos, como emprestar um secador de cabelo. Mesmo sendo um apart hotel, o quarto era limpo todo dia. O local é bem movimentado e meio do caminho para diversos pontos, além da proximidade com alguns comércios (lanchonete, pizzaria e mercadinho). As suites possuem quarto, banheiro e sala/cozinha separada dos quartos. Há itens de cozinha básico para refeições……

“The perfect place to stay for a few days if you want to be in the downtown business district of Quito. Lots of restaurants within walking distance as well as the Megamaxi supermarket, Carolina park and cinema. The apartment was very clean and comfortable and Carmen was an absolute sweetheart. Would definitely stay there again.”

“We stayed at Maytenus (Blue house) for 3 nights in the 3 bedroom unit. The place is spacious, safe, quite and comfortable. Patricia and Pablo were very kind and very accommodating to all our requests and also very helpful with the area. This place is only about 15 mins walking distance to Charles Darwin Research Station or into town. If you prefer taking taxi, it's convenient and only $1.50 flat fee to/from anywhere in the area. This place is like home away from home.”

“When we, 4 adults with 3 children, arrived, the house was occupied by others. And the owner said she doesn't know abour the ad-article published at expedia.com saying that maybe it would be one by hackers to pick-up the money from my credit card. We had to find another hotel.”
