“Great hotel! Undergoing certain renovations currently (summer 2026) that i wish i knew about beforehand (pool was closed - spa options were sparse, construction workers around etc.) but the staff is EXCELLENT. very helpful. 24/7 valet that was a Godsend. your classic great hotel but make it smaller and cozier, plus more creative. overall we had a great stay.”

“Staff at reception charged 5k for transport while email says 4k and never issued any receipts Room was very noisy as its right beside reception and midnight staff will laugh Location is very convenient ”

Front desk staff was always available to answer questions and help with anything needed. The front door man was always attentive and ready to help out with my bags!
