We had elderly relatives that have difficulty with so many stairs.2) We were not supposed to be charged until our 1st day of our reservation but we were charged when we made the reservation. 3) Front steps are soft wood that feel like they are about to crack.4) Keys were in a lock box. A keypad entry would be much better.
