For one night stay close to the airport this is a nice and affordable place. It is a short walk to/from the airport although Google maps gives you a longer route to walk. It would be great if the hotel offered shuttle service early in the morning.

I had purchased a lot of items in glass bottles and asked Stephanie at the front desk where I might purchase packaging materials. As it was Easter, all the shops were closed. She consulted with the kitchen staff and soon they had gathered up newspaper and other materials to ensure my French products all arrived home safely. We were booking blind when we reserved our room here, and when we arrived we were more than pleasantly surprised, The room was very spacious, well decorated, and the bathroom was wonderful. Everything about this place is great, and I really enjoyed our stay. I only wish I could have stayed longer! The staff is very helpful and friendly.

You can literally walk to the airport in 7 minutes if you wish but there is a free shuttle if you have a lot of luggage. The hotel is new, and the room we had was large and modern. I will definitely return in the future. We used to stay at Novotel or Campanile but for the money this is far superior. The front desk people were efficient but not very friendly.

Short ride to city center.
My bed was extremely comfortable. In the other room was a pull out sofa. Kitchen area with plates, cups, pots, utensils, dishwasher.
Apartment has a balcony, too.
Air conditioning worked well and when windows were closed, they kept out any street noise. So, very quiet at night. Never heard any other guests in their apartments.
A Carrefour grocery store was at next tram stop. And a Casino grocery...

Nancy, the owner, provided top-shelf hospitality both through her facility and personally through her customer service! As a hostel, she really goes above and beyond, and Friendly Auberge would be a bargain at twice the price! Don't even get me started about how much I loved her fixed-price pilgrim menu in the restaurant! For me personally, her being an ex-pat American was hugely valuable as I cannot speak French.
