“The suite was very large and beautiful. Gorgeous wood floors. Spotless throughout. Housekeeping came every day. Poulos (?sp) was polite, always available, and patient. Great view of the ocean, although the place did shake as the surf soaked against the retaining wall across the street every night. Short walking distance to restaurant area of town. Highly recommended.”

“Super cute and clean little home. Fay was so easy to get a hold of with any questions…. About anything and wasn’t at all annoyed about it. Lol very helpful. I was worried about not having AC but the large fans on the ceilings kept things nice and cool. The outdoor space is a huge bonus. It is a good trek to the grocery store and the beach so rent bikes for transport. That was really easy to do and got us where ever we wanted to go. I would 100% recommend this home for your stay. In comparison……

“The location of this condo was perfect for us. It’s out of the way but with the island so small nothing is more than 10-15 minutes away. The condo was clean and our host was friendly and always responsive. The a/c is in the bedroom and works great for sleeping. We had no issues as the condo cools down in the evenings with the windows open. All appliances worked great and the gazebo was peaceful in the mornings. ”

“Faith and Ed are wonderful hosts and simply put, kind people. They were full of suggestions and took a vested interest in making the stay pleasurable. The car allows guests to explore the small island at their leisure. If you are a diver, make sure to prebook your dives as the island only has one dive shop post-COVID.”

“Fay's place is absolutely stunning. We also had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The beach is a 15-20 minutes walk from Fay's. Our host communicated with us making sure we were ok and answered all of our questions without delay. If you are looking for a nice and quiet vacation, we definetely recommend this beautiful place!”

“Everything was great, right on the beach, saw humpback whales, Sea turtles, all the locals were very friendly.Unfortunately the washing machine was not working well, and informed Lucy, who took care of it immediately.This is a great location, we rented a golf Cart from Jamael the entire two weeks, explored the entire island, ate at some great places, Great experience!!”

“This is a very quiet and beautiful property. Plenty of space for my family of 5. Pictures are spot on and the host was very helpful and responsive. We didn’t use the beach that was within walking distance of the property as we drove to Governor’s Beach. ”

“The power went out a few times, but the host did everything they could possibly do to get it back up and going the place was very clean and tidy, and the host was also very cooperative and understanding, especially with this storm situation. “Beautiful hotel! Definitely my hotel of choice in Grand Turk. I’ve been taking staycations here recently and it’s always a good time. The owners of the hotel are very hospitable and I really appreciate that. I had an emergency during my stay and ended up at the hospital. After a long sleepless night and being discharged close to checkout I sent my friend to ask if it’s possible for us to have a later check out time. The owners were only concerned about me and my well-being. They told my friend……

Far enough away from the ‘main drag’ for peace and quiet but also close enough to be within just a few minutes of walking distance to the restaurants, local attractions, etc. Would definitely recommend this location if you’re looking for clean and simple amenities. ”
