“Super cute and clean little home. Fay was so easy to get a hold of with any questions…. About anything and wasn’t at all annoyed about it. Lol very helpful. I was worried about not having AC but the large fans on the ceilings kept things nice and cool. The outdoor space is a huge bonus. It is a good trek to the grocery store and the beach so rent bikes for transport. That was really easy to do and got us where ever we wanted to go. I would 100% recommend this home for your stay. In comparison……

“The location of this condo was perfect for us. It’s out of the way but with the island so small nothing is more than 10-15 minutes away. The condo was clean and our host was friendly and always responsive. The a/c is in the bedroom and works great for sleeping. We had no issues as the condo cools down in the evenings with the windows open. All appliances worked great and the gazebo was peaceful in the mornings. ”

“Faith and Ed are wonderful hosts and simply put, kind people. They were full of suggestions and took a vested interest in making the stay pleasurable. The car allows guests to explore the small island at their leisure. If you are a diver, make sure to prebook your dives as the island only has one dive shop post-COVID.”

“Host was very responsive and helped me find other connections in town during my stay. Clean and quiet place. Far enough away from the ‘main drag’ for peace and quiet but also close enough to be within just a few minutes of walking distance to the restaurants, local attractions, etc. Would definitely recommend this location if you’re looking for clean and simple amenities. ”

“Fay's place is absolutely stunning. We also had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The beach is a 15-20 minutes walk from Fay's. Our host communicated with us making sure we were ok and answered all of our questions without delay. If you are looking for a nice and quiet vacation, we definetely recommend this beautiful place!”

“The power went out a few times, but the host did everything they could possibly do to get it back up and going the place was very clean and tidy, and the host was also very cooperative and understanding, especially with this storm situation. Thank you very much for having me, I look forward to staying with you guys again in the futureAlso, the Internet was so much better this time around one thing I might suggest is probably getting a AC unit or something of that sort in the extra living room……

“So close to the beach and all amenities. We enjoyed staying at Villa Sago and would stay again. Kathleen is such a great host, she knew answers to questions I hadn't thought to ask. Getting to Grand Turk is an extra (short) flight, but it is worth it. The island has a more relaxed environment than Providenciales. Kathleen recommended we rent a golf cart, which was the best decision. She really made our Grand Turk experience a success. ”

“We had a wonderful 2 weeks at Corktree Beach House. The home was very clean and had everything we needed to get started. The beach is wonderful and I only saw 2 other people the whole time we were there. Lucy was great and kept in touch with us throughout the stay. Very quiet at that end of the island. “This is a very quiet and beautiful property. Plenty of space for my family of 5. Pictures are spot on and the host was very helpful and responsive. We didn’t use the beach that was within walking distance of the property as we drove to Governor’s Beach. ”

“Beautiful hotel! Definitely my hotel of choice in Grand Turk. I’ve been taking staycations here recently and it’s always a good time. The owners of the hotel are very hospitable and I really appreciate that. I had an emergency during my stay and ended up at the hospital. After a long sleepless night and being discharged close to checkout I sent my friend to ask if it’s possible for us to have a later check out time. The owners were only concerned about me and my well-being. They told my friend……
