"The hotel is undergoing a refurbishment. My room was one that has been upgraded and it is done to a high standard. The apart-hotel room is spacious, clean, comfortable and I would recommend it. There are some sound issues with the adjoining room, but this is pretty minor. The location is excellent for trains, metro and walking into Vieux Lille. "

"Check-in by very polite gentleman was quick and easy, with all information regarding breakfast times, club facilities etc being shared. Bedroom and Bathroom was exceptionally clean, with toiletries, hairdryer, enough coat hangers. Towels and bedding very good quality and bed was very comfortable. Only comment I would make is to place a water flask / jug into the room to avoid numerous trips to the water dispenser."

"Right in the centre. Well positioned for shops, bars and restaurants. Near both railway stations. Only problem was parking as the hotel couldn't accommodate us."

"Nice hotel and very helpful staff. Fab room with a great bathroom, lovely and warm. The parking was easy and barrier controlled so felt safe, plenty of spaces. There is a great little supermarket opposite and another mini market a bit further down to the left of the front hotel door which was open until late. Its not far to drive into the city but the bus stop was just across the road so you dont need to drive down if you dont want to. We visited early September and the reception staff advised us that the buses on Saturday were free and ran at 15 minute intervals, it was a good service. On Sunday they are only one an hour so we drove down and parked in a side road close to the centre. There were no charges to park on Sunday so it was very easy. We would definately use this hotel again."
