"Stayed in Junior suite in January. Room is very nice and comfortable, bathroom quite old and not so nice. Heating in the room can not be controlled, means you depend on the management to decide what temperature is the best for you :-( Service in the restaurant can be slow some times but the food in general was good. At check in they wanted to charge me for the room that was already paid through hotels.com but the next day the issue was settled. Some receptionists were new and therefore slow but...

"The shower holders run down and came off. Unable to adjust shower height. A visitors dog was barking the entire time! So many dogs I felt it was a kennel. Had to pay for tap water during dinner. The hotel has been around for many years - still in good condition but time for renovations. Clearer signs of off limit areas for children.!!! Service was great. Friendly and helpful staff."

"I absolutely loved this place. A great value and it had such great amenities. The spa on site which you get access to for another 2 Euros was such a bonus! I loved using the facility. The wirsthaus on the grounds was great and the schnitzel cordon bleu was one of the best I've ever had! I'd come back here in a heartbeat! Lovely modern hotel along Soca Valley

"Beautiful, modern, and clean hotel- perfect access if you have a rental car and are touring the Soca Valley. Welcoming staff and delicious breakfast in the morning. Only small thing to be aware of is that the WIFI signal is very weak in the rooms and main area; the reliable spot for a good signal is the couch behind the reception desk, tho I’m sure the WIFI will be improved. Would return in a heartbeat!"
